I almost strained a neck muscle while doing a double take as Shane Steichen spoke late Tuesday morning.
“After evaluating training camp and the film and all that, I’ve made the decision Anthony (Richardson) will be the starting quarterback this year for us,” the Colts head coach said after a short practice.
