Bless their hearts, they still believe in Anthony Richardson. Despite every hint and indication that suggests he’s a bust, despite the benching, demotions and general lack of comfort with the notion of playing him, the Colts still think Richardson, the team’s backup quarterback, has the ability and the chance to become a franchise quarterback.
