MY COUCH, Ind. – I’ve actually heard this from (some) Colts fans.

“We’re a better team with Gardner Minshew behind center,” they’ve said.

“We have a greater chance to win with Gardner Minshew as the starter,” they’ve said.

“Start Minshew and let Anthony Richardson sit on the bench and learn behind Minshew,” they’ve said.

They’re crazy.

Crazy misguided, to be specific.

I can’t believe I’m actually writing this, to be honest.

Ah, but I am.
