So much for Minshew Mania

Colts fans fell in love with Gardner Minshew, who's been the best backup in the league. But Sunday, pressed back into service as a starter, he committed four turnovers in an ugly loss to Jacksonville.

MY COUCH, Ind. – I’ve actually heard this from (some) Colts fans.

“We’re a better team with Gardner Minshew behind center,” they’ve said.

“We have a greater chance to win with Gardner Minshew as the starter,” they’ve said.

“Start Minshew and let Anthony Richardson sit on the bench and learn behind Minshew,” they’ve said.

They’re crazy.

Crazy misguided, to be specific.

I can’t believe I’m actually writing this, to be honest.
