Be nice to get one of these games at home. Ohio State, Notre Dame, Oregon and later Penn State were/will all be on road. Last year we got Nebraska (top 25 at time) and this year Illinois which we won each decisively. Agree beating these premier programs is the next step, but even the elite don't win often on the road at those locations.
My stomach is in knots waiting for Saturday. If Indiana doesn't at a minimum cover the spread, their critics will have a field day. In my eyes, this is an even bigger game than the CFP game against Notre Dame. Really hoping they'll shock the world...
Clearly, we are in a new era in college football. Indiana & SMU have improved their fortunes with good coaching and NIL, while Clemson & Oklahoma State have fallen on hard times. I'm looking forward to seeing how far Indiana can go this season.
