Sorry Bob, but I’m not nearly as forgiving of Colts ‘fans’ selling their seats to the opposing team’s fans. My uncle had IU basketball season tickets when I was growing up. When he couldn’t make it, he often gave me the tickets or they went to a friend of his. Never in a million years would he have considered selling them to Purdue, Michigan, or Kentucky fans. If you can afford season tickets to begin with, you are not that hard up financially, so the decision to sell them to the highest bidder is all about $$$$$$, pure and simple.

Grew up in the NWI region, went to IU and Purdue. A Bears and Colts fan that is now in East Lansing. The Lion anguish for years was enormous. They deserve some love.

Bob...I lived in Cleveland when you were there. I then moved to Indy and you showed up there. No comparison between fan bases. Nice of you to give the Indy fans an excuse they can use till their next turn in the front-runner barrel......

Yes, these are difficult times for some. But if someone is dropping $2k-$5k a season on tickets, I doubt they’re in that group. If you don’t like the product, don’t renew your tickets. Then the fans willing to sit through the good, bad and ugly can enjoy an actual home game.

Bob. I’ll give you view from the trenches. When local “fans” sell their tix and our section becomes the opponents cheering block ….IT STINKS….something u don’t have to worry about in the press box. You shouldn’t give these “fans”/tix brokers a break.
