“Chappy” was a good dude, always willing to help other writers. He was already well into the Colts beat when I came aboard in the 1990s. His takes were gospel. And with another nice guy also covering the Colts for the Indy Star, Phil Richards, us younger writers had great leadership by example. Congrats to Chap.

Holy smokes. Yeah, I deleted those notes at the bottom and changed to Anthony. Guess I was in a rush.
